SHIPPING

Under the Bridge Collectable Cards offers free shipping to Canada and the USA for orders over CAD $250 before tax.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days following their successful payment and shipped via Canada Post with tracked shipping to ensure the most consistent and reliable delivery.  Under the Bridge Collectable Cards does not use regular letter mail.

Under the Bridge Collectable Cards will not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages due to Canada Post or 3rd party shippers. Under the Bridge Collectable Cards is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post.  All orders will be shipped with tracking for the customer to follow the package via Canada Post.

RETURNS

Under the Bridge does not accept returns at this time.

TAXES and/or DUTIES

Shipments from Under the Bridge to the United States may be subjected to customs fees and/or import duties. These fees and/or duties are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare the full value of the purchase and any requests to modify this will be denied.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
